Online booking form and Conditions

A valid Visa/MasterCard number is required to confirm your booking. Please use our secure form to safely submit your reservation. Alternately check our contact information page for our fax and telephone details.

Please note that your credit card will not be charged at this time. We reserve the right to hold the number in lieu of deposit, in case of late notice of cancellation, or in a "no-show" situation.

A response or confirmation will be provided within 12-24 hours. We adhere to a very strict data policy and guarantee that information you supply us with will be kept in the strictest confidence.

Please ensure that you have already contacted us to confirm availability before using the booking form.

Submitting the online booking form acknowledges you have read and accept our cancellation policy. Your credit card number will be held as security. We advise having travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation within 48 hours/2 days of the reservation date, Aoraki/Mount Cook Alpine Lodge reserves the right to recover the full quoted tariff. However, we will only debit your credit card if we do not sell the room/bed.

Confirmation of your cancellation by email will be sent by return email. Your cancellation is not valid until receipt of this email. We prefer late cancellation by telephone.
